Thanks Dave for another insightful report.
Funny I was just at my local Lowes last week and it was pretty empty. Staff there told me it will be one of the many closing. It was a Target store before that came after Target bought Zellers. Target lasted 2 years and Lowes also just made the 2 year mark this month.
