David Pakman recently joined steemit and has reached over 5K followers! I have decided do a brief piece on him.

Who is he?

David is the successful host of The David Pacman Show which is a mostly political commentary show. He has appeared on 'numerous national, regional, local, and international media outlets providing political commentary'. Though he likes working with independent programs and broadcast platforms more. He is a self described liberal/progressive and political activist. According to wikipedia, he is 'best known as the host of the internationally syndicated political television and talk radio program The David Pakman Show.' Pakman also works for the Vivid Edge Media Group, as the managing direction. The Vivid Edge Media group is the producer of The David Pakman Show.

Background:

David was born in Argentina, but has been raised in US ever since he was 5 years old. Grew up and graduated from Northampton High School, in Massachusetts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Communication from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst

My personal take on David:

While I personally do not agree with everything David says on The David Pakman Show, I admire his critical thinking and simple logic when it comes to complex political subjects. He has made me change my opinions about certain positions I held in the past. I'm glad he has joined steemit so more people can get to know him!
