A list of 100+ Free books on Data Science - [2017 Compilation]
Folks at LearnDataSci have published an extensive list of over 100 free data science books. If you read this and you're interested in learning data science, you basically have no excuse of not doing it right now. :)
Data Science is a broad field and some of the books could further be included in narrower, more specialized topics. These include:
- general data science
- how to create data science teams
- data analysis
- distributed computing tools
- data science with Python
- data science with R
- SQL, NoSQL, and Databases
- data mining
- machine learning!
- artificial intelligence
- statistics and math
- data visualization and big data
So, there at least one resource for anyone. I would suggest going for machine learning and artificial intelligence. But, then again, I may be biased because I study and practice within these fields a lot. Whatever your choice, you can find the complete list below. Happy learning!
