THE DAY OF THE LORD

All was created by word
Hope and faith are ingredient to live
Happy and rejoicing in all happenstance
Suddenly wavering in hope and faith
Expecting the day of the lord

At a glance, I saw a host of holy Angels
Arising in the most holy place
Was declared to every corners of the earth
There is no longer room for peace
The holy one's are expecting the day of the lord

Roaming, wandering about the morning star
Lucifer, looking for a place to rest
Ho, mighty cherub has been placed
At the entrance of the most holy place
Expecting the day of the lord

Alas, the great Dragon has been unleashed
Stinging, tormenting and oppressing
God's holy people
Lo! It just for a little while
Within a twinkle of an eye
The day of the lord cometh.
