RE: Dash and corruption to the core

in #dash8 years ago (edited)

How is it illegal to sell cryptos for services? There is no AML compliance requirement when buying goods and services in about 90% of countries, as well as AML requirements for Crypto-to-Crypto exchanges. The only AML required is for when user sells dash for dollars or bitcoin for dollars, the whole point of decentralization is to allow anything that is possible to occur, so if you are worried about some payment process being "possibly illegal", cryptos are not the right space for you. 100% of monetary instruments, commodities, currencies, and everything that all cryptos fall under facilitate and operate in an illegal fashion without external provisions to begin with.

Unless there is a written contract for quid-pro-quo involved, these transactions would likely fall under donations, i.e. a kickstarter project with no rewards promised.
