Dash and Resistance

Notice how at each line of resistance Dash seems to burst through but then for the next 4 hours or so it comes back down and struggles around it for about that length of time. The key thing to watch here is the growing Volume of new buyers and the continuing divergence in the MACD. So long as those two are happening the rise will continue.
