RE: Interview with Rachel Bassini (Dash 101)
It's certainly not about being afraid and I don't think it's smart on your part to assume that. It's just that they paid you and not Monero or PIVX and they don't want competitors advertised in a project they paid. But hey, it's a free market. If you think that is a ridiculous critique, fair enough.
It definitely should give Dash masternodes pause before voting for another Koenig proposal in the future!
And you should better not tell the masternodes how to vote. Your attitude is childish. I don't think anyone with such an attitude should play a role in a cool project like Dash.
Alright then. I look forward to the release of the product and will write an objective report of findings for the masternodes. Best of luck!
Thank you!
There is no PIVX advertising in Dash 101. We recorded a private video of Rachel's song which has nothing to do with Dash.
Thank you for your reply Aaron. It wasn't my intention to add fuel to the fire or start a witch hunt, I just felt a little deflated as I was super excited and have been waiting for the new Dash 101 video series so I can update our International Dash School webpages and have them available in other languages. As my name was used in your Dash proposal I have a strong interest in the project. To be honest I didn't expect an apology or to start a thread on "t-shirt" subject. However the no remorse replies do give me little cause for concern.
It was just an observation, to make you aware of my concern for future reference. It is by no means a deal breaker. But I can think of 150 Dash reasons why it wasn't the most logical choice of clothing to wear the day filming a Dash project. 'Perhaps' it wasn't intentional but you didn't exactly play a pivotal role in the video so it did come off as slightly borderline trolling. Which is why I want to address the issue.
Especially as it's the second 'Dash 101' project update you have published on Steemit using same PIVX pic and video https://steemit.com/dash/@aaronkoenig/meet-rachel-bassini
Thank you for editing and removing the offending video from article. Much appreciated.
I only decided to comment as I wanted to share this article out to the Dash community but then had second thoughts when I actually saw the content.
I just hope the end product is good. That is what truly matters to me. So far production looks good. Amanda B. Johnson set the bar very high with her original Dash 101 series. We'll just have to wait till tomorrow and see what community thinks of the remake. I've been looking forward to this for a long time. Cheers
Thanks for your kind words. We really just shot a fun video of Rachel's song and I wasn't even aware of which t-shirt I was wearing that day. I am not involved with PIVX. I was at an Internet of People meetup in Budapest and some PIVX guys gave away t-shirts and I took one. That's all.
