I sold all of my DASH and bought PIVX

in #dash8 years ago

Today I decided to sell all of my DASH and buy PIVX. DASH's price went up from 10 USD when I bought it to over 100 USD.
I believe it will not rise much more in foreseeable future so I'm switching to PIVX which in my opinion is much more advanced, and it is a better candidate for the title "digital cash of the future". It has great earning potential. Right now it costs less than 1 dollar for one coin, but because it is the best form of digital currency ever made and has the fastest transaction speeds I believe it will also be worth around 100 USD a coin, while price of DASH will gradually decrease as more and more people move to another best new thing ,which as I said is PIVX. Every one is looking for that great opportunity and to be an early investor so this will be a natural thing to happen.

Best of luck in your future endeavours.

I have been talking about this on my youtube channels for over a week now!!! Great Move!!! =]

Let's hope PIVX in few months will cost as much as DASH right now. I'm rooting for it's development team. And now I have a vested interest in it.

I've a couple of hundread of PIVX I also believe it will do considerably well!

Absolutely. There is a lot of potential in this crypto currency, especially considering all of the features that it offers.

I think we (all of us interested and knowledgeable about cryptocurrencies) have very interesting and fun times ahead, we've got in there early, we'll be the ones making the big money in a few years I believe. Because it's only a matter of time before paper money becomes obsolete

It's just like 1992 for first internet investors. Good times are ahead for us. Let's meet in ten years time and reminisce on how it all started. Best let's do this on someone's private island :D

We're wishing!

I've been trying for days to buy some PIVX ... gonna give up. And really, the difficulty in getting your hands on various coins will surely kill them.

You can easily but PIVX onbittrex.com, just transfer some bitcoin there and make your purchase.

Honestly ... if I need to transfer from bitcoin, then it's a product on a secondary market and not at all a currency. If you have bitcoin, and simply hold it at any point, it will always out perform the altcoins over time. Buying bitcoin (which, bought with dollars, you lose some value there), and then transferring it into an exchange (and pay fees to transfer, more lost value), and then the coin itself being useless unless it's only used to speculate for profits to be dumped back into BTC ... sounds entirely pointless and just a way to give the PIVX devs money for ... not really anything.

Anyway, if bittrex AND buying bitcoin separately is "easy" to you, then I'm assuming you live an incredibly difficult lifestyle.

Right now fees for bitcoin transfers have gotten quite expensive so PIVX has a reason to exist. Using PIVX transactions are instantaneous and very cheap. Online vendors can use PIVX to make transactions and after they have a large sum of money, than they can transfer the money back to bitcoin blockchain from PIVX blockchain annd this way save up on transfer fees

I entirely agree. but, where as you can go straight from fiat to bitcoin (if you jump through enough hoops), you can't do anything of the sort with PIVX or really any other. Making bitcoin the only one of the bunch that can interact with the pre-existing (and importantly, Massive) monetary structures. There is no way to get the other coins ... that makes the relationship between PIVX and BTC very similar to the relationship between gold and a fiat currency. PIVX is the fiat here.

For now PIVX helps to solve problems with privacy and with high fees that bitcoin blockchain has. I don't know what is going to happen with it's development in the future. If bitcoin will not fix high fees issues people in third world countries will not be able to use it because trasaction fees are now as high as their daily income. The only way for them to make online transactions right now is cryptocurrency that runs on a blockchain with inexpensive fees e.g. PIVX. I think pretty soon we will be able to exchange PIVX directly to fiat. Besides there are 2-3 billion potential customers for cryptocurrency with low fees. This incentive alone should be enough.

Said like a person who thinks bitcoin is accessible and liquid. I can't buy BTC because, simply, I live in Washington state. Only coinbase operates here, and only if they like you. If you have to buy one thing to be able to buy another, the other has no value.

It's very easy you can get them on bittrex.com

You cannot buy anything on bittrex. You can only transfer the bitcoin you were forced to buy from Coinbase, who can and will decide to stop selling to you for no apparent reason. Is there a way to buy PIVX?

Interesting article. I was about to post a similair thread. Sell the coins that you know nothing about. Do proper research on any coin you buy. If the market falls at least you can hold your coins knowing they have a long term future. This is quite an interesting website I found: https://www.coincheckup.com Complete Coin analysis about the team, product, communication transparency, advisors and investment statistics.
