Darwin did pros and cons on whether he should get married

Today I learned that Charles Darwin, the father of evolution, was very debating whether he should find a woman-and even made a list for and against marriage.

Pros: Children; Someone to take care of the house; "In any case, it's better than a dog."
Cons: a terrible waste of time; More relatives to visit; Less money for books.
