You shouldn't just download tor and go off to the markets. You have to remember to use opsec. You've got to have some technology know-how as well. Majority of people can't be bothered going through all the important steps to ensure they have anonymity, so they go back to your local hookup that gives them shit deals and possibly cuts their product with who knows what.
