    So basically a messenger that can be integrated into Tribe sites or even Steemit!

    Yes! basically, the current Tribes will have this integrated to help it gain traction then inside the dApp there could be a way to create "chat tribes" channels inside the dApp too. Having it perhaps in our profiles on SteemIt UI would be pretty cool.
