Well, Scooter is very famous in Germany, their reputation is a bit strange - too German, HP Baxter is a nice guy but I prefer their tracks without vocals - they have some good ones like this:
Pumping. Those tracks are cool, but I personally feel that something is missing. When i listen Beethoven - there is OK, fine, I don't have those type of feeling.
