Today I am worth talking to you about dancing! This is my favorite activity and I have been practicing Latin dance for a few years. I wanted to share with you the 5 benefits of dance on your life! =)

5 Fantastic Benefits of Dancing

1- Improve your social relations

Dance makes it possible to share with other people a common interest and thus to create links between individuals. It's important for someone to have connections with others and if you're shy, it can really help you! Because in dance, especially in Latin dance, which I know well because I practice for a few years, there is a fast physical contact. At first, it's a little disturbing because we do not dare and we do not know how to do it. But with practice, it becomes a habit and you feel more comfortable.

2- Express your emotions

Dance allows you to express with the body what you think. It's a very interesting form of expression that I particularly like. Lorseque you have problems, just go dance for an hour or two and everything is forgotten! Thanks to music and movement, you will feel well-being and stimulate dopamine and serotonin which are the hormones of well-being and motivation!
For people who lack self-confidence, it can help them gain self-esteem.

3- Stimulate your memory

We all need to make our memory work and dancing can help you! Indeed, with the movements and choreography to remember, your concentration will be solicited and your brain stimulated!

4- Activate your body

The dance has benefits at the muscular, cardiac, articular, respiratory and psychological levels.
Coordination and synchronization with the music help to improve the balance.

5- Lose weight

It's a great way to lose weight fast!
Dancing requires a lot of energy, which is why you are going to burn calories and accumulate fat while dancing.
By dancing 20 minutes a day you will start losing those extra pounds ... Think about it =)

1- Améliorer vos relations sociales

La danse permet de partager avec d'autres personnes un intéret commun et donc de créer des liens entre individus. C'est important pour une personne d'avoir des liens avec les autres et si vous êtes du genre timide, ça peut vraiment vous aider! Car en danse, surtout en danse latine, que je connais bien car je pratique depuis quelques années, il y a un contact physique rapide. Au départ c'est un peu perturbant car on n'ose pas et on ne sait pas trop comment faire. Mais avec la pratique ça devient une habitude et on se sent plus à l'aise.

2- Exprimer vos émotions

La danse permet d'exprimer avec le corps ce que l'on pense. C'est une forme d'expression très intéressante que j'aime particulièrement. Lorseque vous avez des soucis, il suffit d'aller danser une heure ou deux et tout est oublié! Grâce à la musique et aux mouvements, vous allez ressentir du bien-être et stimuler la dopamine et la serotonine qui sont les hormones du bien-être et de la motivation!
Pour les personnes qui manque de confiance en elle, ça peut les aider à gagner de l'estime de soi.

3- Stimuler votre mémoire

Nous avons tous besoin de faire fonctionner notre mémoire et la danse peut vous aider! En effet, avec les mouvements et les chorégraphies à retenir, votre concentration sera sollicité et votre cerveau stimulé!

4- Activer votre corps

La danse a des bienfaits à la fois sur le plan musculaire, cardiaque, articulaire, respiratoire et psychologique.
La coordination et la synchronisation avec la musique permettent d'améliorer l'équilibre.

5- Perdre du poids

C'est un très bon moyen de perdre du poids rapidement!
Danser demande beaucoup d’énergie, c’est pourquoi vous allez brûler des calories et la graisse accumulée en dansant.
En dansant 20 minutes par jour vous commencerez à perdre ces kilos en trop... Pensez-y =)

Actually, I don't really like to see myself in video dancing. You know, we always have the impression of dancing better than in reality, just as you hear a recording of you singing ... ahahhah

My parents got into ballroom dancing a couple years ago and loved it, but my dad is getting old and getting pains in his body legs, so unfortunately they don’t go anymore. I got into salsa dancing while college and it was fun for a while. It’s very fun but definitely more men should be involved.

There is still a slightly negative idea (here in Europe) of dancing for a man. Many have the impression that to say that they dance, lose their virility. But I think it's the opposite! It's sexy a man who dances =)

I think I'm Kore interested in just three benefits. Stimulates memory, weight loss, and emotions too. I tend to look for alternative to express myself other than words

Love dancing. It's entertaining and great for health!

I enjoy watching people dance, especially those that can dance, but personally I have never found dancing is something for me, in fact I think the only times I have ever danced I was drunk.
