Overrated is not the appropriate word for the electoral college

Too many Canadian lives are affected. One foot off the grid, white people who look like Americans, waiting with baited breath for this President's next move. They store deer meat outside, until it tastes like cheese.

This president is not their prime minister, nor France's president, nor any other prime minister. This president remains nameless.

Electoral college does not adequately explain carnage in Juarez, or further south of the border; even further south in Medelin, where landmines effectively impact American lives, this side of Cambodia.

Electoral college no longer explains which president gets elected, than american describes which continent you come from? And south american does not describe north american.

So let us institute Constitution rule number two: Electoral college no longer elects the next president. Governors, Senators, House of representatives do not matter.

If the whole state of Georgia has to wait for its next governor, by popular vote, then the whole country should have to wait for its next president by popular vote; not electoral college.

Caveat one to amendment two: if only 60% of voters vote, then there is an automatic recount. Because at least 100,000,000 americans should choose their president and not 20% of 300,000,000 people. If america is that resistant to one billion people residing within its borders, then no less than one hundred million americans should get to decide who resides in the white house in 2020.
