'Change' is the basic necessity of human beings. Human beings change in every walks of life. Change might be positive as well as negative. The positive change should be arises and we should completely avoid our negative change. Change should occur in our life. So, we should try to change us according to the particular situation. Change is inversely proportional to growth. That means when change arise growth will arise when change is no there then no growth will occur. So, we should become elastic in our life i.e any situation may occur then we should face it with positively and solve that problem. But, we should never assume that the problem is finished because the problem will never be finished you should have to tackle our problem and try to finish it. So, it is not like that change will always help to grow us it'll sometimes fail to achieve success or to stop growth. If we want success then we have to change ourself without fear of failures. So, we should change ourself.

A good quote. Growth doesn't generally occur without some amount of change.
I think change, though, isn't really good or bad. We may perceive it as such, but in the end, it's just a difference between the way life was and how it becomes. What we do about the change, ultimately, determines the good or bad.
I say this only because I know that bad things can come out of change that many would consider good, and good things can come out of change that many would consider bad. How are we going to react to what comes our way? Are we going to use it to bring about good results, regardless of the change, or are we going to allow bad results?
