Anyone who thinks geese are stupid knows nothing about these birds. They are amazing. These two geese have been living with us for several years. Fiona is very tame, although she was already an adult when she came to us. When I feel sad, I pick her up. I call it "goose-therapy". She is soft and warm. Gray is in love with Fiona. He is ready to protect her from everyone.
These photos make me long for a pet so badly, even a duck will do. My mom takes us to a plant park that has ducks and I can sit for hours watching them bating under the cascading waters and fighting off the Khoi fish, it brings me peace and tranquility.
