“125 crore Indians celebrating Parakram Parva”, Modi in Mann ki Baat


The Indian army will retaliate heavily against any ceasefire violations or provocative actions from now. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat, his monthly radio program, made it certain that any activity intended to disturb peace will meet a tougher response.

It has been decided that our soldiers will give a befitting reply to whosoever makes an attempt to destroy the atmosphere of peace and progress in our nation.
Modi’s remarks come on the second anniversary of surgical strikes on terror launch pads by the army in 2016. The Prime Minister dedicating a large time of his address to the armed forces. He said that the whole country is celebrating “Parakram Parva”, the festival of valor remembering the befitting reply of the soldiers.
We believe in peace, we are committed to taking it forward... but not at the cost of compromising our self respect and sovereignty of our nation
India has a record of non-aggressive intent and their commitment and dedication towards peace is intact, said Modi in Mann ki Baat.

The helicopter had the Prime Minister of Pakistan occupied Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider. Indian troops on ground opened fire with small firearms. The copter violated the airspace, venturing into the Indian side for about 2-3 minutes.
