Breakfast - steel cut oats with applesauce and one clementine plus 1 black coffee, Lunch, Salmon and greens. Lots of H20. A hike in Alice Lake Provincial Park, Headspace meditation and a huge stretch when done. No dinner yet. But yes, a total FIVE
