Taiwanese braised beef noodle
If you have ever been to Taiwan, you probably have tried braised beef noodles. Although this souvenir is only an instant version, it is a serious one. There is a pack of real braised beef inside.
The taste and texture are similar to the cup version of braised beef noodle. But it is about half the price only.
What kind of beef inside ?

We call it ramen in my town
Ramen is a Japanese word which usually refer to Japanese noodle. But this word is now being widely used for all kinds of Asian noodle.
