Miswa Soup with Chili Leaves

Misua (also spelled mee sua or miswa) is a cheap salted noodle soup made from wheat flour. Cheap I say since you get 3 packs for ten pesos or even get a discount when you het more. Like 9 packs for only 25 pesos.

These are a very thin variety of noodles that is very tasty and easy to cook.

This version is for the vegetarians out there. This do no have any meat. It was sauteed and added water and the noodles. Allow it to simmer. Add in salt and water and some seasonings. Add in the chili leaves and turn off the heat.

Sometimes, i add in patola and shrimp. That is when I have time to go to the market.

I like to add chili powder to have that kick.
