"SISIG" PHILIPPINE DISH!
Pork Sisig
Hello everyone, today I wanna share to you one of Philippine Pampangueño best dish Pork Sisig. This is originated at Pampangga City, but Filipino's adopted the recipe. I Know how to cook Pork Sisig but, this one is I buy at one of Carinderia near the town market.
This one is Pork, but you can replace it by beef or fish meat like Tuna.
My favorite is the pigs's head parts (face, snout, cheeks, and ear) with the brain. But you can replace pig's brain by mayonnaise instead. Liver of chicken, pork, or beef added is really good.
You need to uses the method of boiling, grilling, and stir-frying the pig's parts. Slices in tiny pieces and added onion, usually it is served in a sizzling platter garnished with chopped onion, chili pepper, and slices of calamansi fruits.
It is best to serve when it's hot and this is the best "pulutan" together with the beer.
The taste is really suit for everyone who loved spicy foods.
