Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
Larang is short for linarang, Larang is an old Philippine recipe, however not everyone knows of it. Parrot fish is the perfect fish for the recipe, although you may use some fish like tuna or even salmon. It is in the sidewalk cooks in Pasil, Cebu. Preparing linarang which end up in wood-fired woks and turned into that semi-thick soup seasoned with green and red tomatoes, black beans, and then served steaming hot. This will relax your tummy for sure. It is 70php per serving.
