INIHAW NA BANGUS

Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.

Inihaw na Bangus(Grilled Milkfish) is a very delicious dish and easy to prepare. You will stuffed the bangus with onions and tomatoes then wrapped it with banana leaves. Cooking this grilled fish is best on hot charcoal. There are also other method on wrapping the bangus. If you do not have banana leaf, you can use aluminum foil. I have some technique on grilling the bangus, don’t put a lot of charcoals and adjust the grills higher from the coals. Enjoy!
