Ginisang Ampalaya- Sauteed Bittergourd
My dinner for tonight, sauteed bittergourd with a twist because I used some leftover for the ingredients. I used leftover shrimp and roasted chicken to make it more appealing on the tastebuds. Aside from that I was taught by my parents no amount of food must be put into waste.
