Ginabot is a traditional Filipino dish and it is popular street food in cebu. It is made from fried pork intestines. Ginabot is crispy with a mild flavor that is accentuated when you dip it into a chili vinegar sauce. Ginabot is the top selling food in Cebu's pungko-pungko. Ginabot is usually served as beer snacks or appetizers.
