Hi guys, just want to share my lunch for today. This is called Chicken Skin and Hanging Rice. One of famous street food in the Philippines. The Hanging Rice can be found in Cebu, I don't know if there are hanging rice in other parts of the country. If you want to try, just come to Cebu City.
