First Day lunch on board the Cruise - 6 May
We had deep fried seafood as our appetisers for this lunch after boarding.
This is one of the set Chinese course which we have chosen. If you like a particular dish, you can re-order for that dish. Like a buffet ala carte which is quite common in Singapore.
This dish is Steamed Pork Ribs.
This is a vegetable dish. The set always come with at least one vegetable and a soup. As can be seen on my next photo.
This is the Deep Fried Sweet & Sour Sea Bass with chilli. Lovely as the fish is well fried and very crispy.
This is the normal Crab Meat Omelette. Fluffy yet has the "wok" aroma but not burnt.
This is the Chinese dessert of black jelly with longan to sweeten it. It has some canned fruit cocktail inside as well.
I am submitting all these dishes for the dailyfoodphotography contest.
Maybe I get to win with one of them.

Yes all these dishes are very delicious. They served too much and many people cannot finish all the dishes and gone to waste.
