Dailyfoodphotography entry - Snow Crab cooked with black Pepper

IMG_20170519_195108.jpg

This is the Black Pepper Snow Crab dish we ordered in a Chinese Restaurant in Perth. As this is a live crab it costs us quite a lot for this dish. About A$250.00 just for this dish but it was fresh and very sweet and tasty. We had to order ahead to check if they have it.

This is how it looked before being cooked. The waitress brought it to us to check before weighing it. We can choose the style or type of cooking. As the family like spicy, decided to go for Black Pepper. A good choice as all of us enjoyed it.

Out of the 2 Snow Crabs, we decided to take this one, which was more active of the two and bigger.

Keep enjoy

ive never tried snow crab. it looks very tasty though, i love spicy food too

Yes this is spicy and because it is fresh, it is very delicious. You are right, normally it is cooked with Sri Lankan Crabs, meaty or flower Crabs. I am sure you will enjoy this very much.
