日本拉麵中的湯底多選擇，而食材配搭大部份都是以豬肉叉燒為主，這間拉麵以「ホルモン」作食材，在東京拉麵店來說，算是少有的嘗試！於是走去一試！

There are many types of soup bases for Japanese ramen. In general, the meat of ramen are mainly pork (cha siu). This ramen shop provides special food as horumon that is the intestine. Pork intestine is mainly for Fukuoka style and Japanese yakiniku. I thought it is rare in Tokyo and went there.

食店距離池袋車站大約10分鐘步行夾情，地點不算繁忙地區，店子在地舖和地牢之間，在食店關門之前來到。

The ramen restaurant is located in Ikebukuro. It took 10 minutes to walk. I went there before the restaurant closed.

食店面積很大，食客U字型圍着料理人吃麵，這天點的是主打菜：特製ＧａＧａＮａホルモンつけ麺。

The ramen store is quite big that guests sat around the kitchen as U shape. My target dish of the day was GaGaNa Horumon Tsukemen. (Dipping ramen)

沾汁香濃，內藏肉碎和主角ホルモン；粗麵條，混合上汁吃，不錯！

The dipping soup aroma smelled good. There were slided meat, pork and intestine inside. The ramen was thick. Mixed well with dipping soup, taste not bad!

特別是ホルモン的，燒灼後有焦香，肥脂滲出來更加惹味！

Especially the intestine, after buring it, the fatty juice tasted good!

喜歡ホルモン可以試試這個混合食法！
