鳥良 is a famous restaurants branches in Japan. It mainly serves night dishes and chicken dishes. I selected this one because NMB48 members introduced it in YNN channel.

鳥良分店日本多，以雞肉主打馳名，不同分店有不同居酒屋式特式，這次選擇這間是因為 NMB48 成員們在 YNN channel 難波美食有介紹！跟著檸檬吃美食！

The restaurant gets the best location which is the entrance of the shopping street. The high intensity of guests is walking around here. The opening hours of restaurant are 24 hours! The ground floor are counter seats while the second floor are tables seats. I requested the table seat since NMB48 members sat on the second floor.

食店位置在難波商店街的門口，人流非常高，二十四小時營業。兩層高，下層多單人位；上層多二人位四人位，跟侍應說想坐上層（因為檸檬在上一個層拍攝。哈哈⋯）

Guests on second floor were drinking heavily. Almost every table ordered fried chicken. No doubt, fried chicken is the best choice.

上層很熱鬧，食客們喝著酒吃著佐酒小食，看看大家的食物，都會有炸雞肉。那麼不用想了，吃炸雞肉餐。

The fried surface color was light yellow that means either the oil wasn’t reused and frying in low temperature. The size of the chicken is one mouth size that is easy to eat. Overall, the meat is fine and is not oily.

鳥良的炸雞脆層顏色略淡，相信不是用萬年油炸緣故，每件一兩口吃下也方便，肉質尚不錯，炸雞質素來說，勝在不太油膩。

Other than chicken food, the dishes are in average that not too much surprise.

集團式居酒屋，勝在位置方便，鳥良和朋友吃過其他菜式，雞翼也不錯，雞肉料理以外，味道中規中矩。
