とんかつ やまいち　三顧茅蘆一償所願！這間食店我摸了幾次門釘，但是難阻我吃這美食的決心！

The is one of my favorite fried pork and pork rice restaurant of Tokyo! The characteristics of the reetaurant was not only the great taste, but also the staff. The chef and staff are all female that is so rare in fried pork restaurants.

這食店是全女班料理人們主理，很罕見呢！但是我來是為了它的美食，菜式有炸豬扒的ヒレ和ロース、炸豬扒飯，炸蝦、炸串物以及炸魚等。

The restaurant working hours are mainly day time. Some items would be sold out if the guests arrived late. Well, I was one of the guest…for few times.

三顧茅蘆一償所願後自此我成為常客，食店的炸豬扒飯，特上ロース和特上ヒレ也吃了，都是超水準的。前兩者是東京炸豬扒上級水平，炸豬扒飯則是SS級別！

For the fried pork rice, I ranked it as SS level after eating few times.

炸豬扒飯是我在東京吃過最好吃的一間！

The Tonkatsu fried pork was thickly cut. The fat part from sides to middle. It was soft and easy to eat. The fried surface was light to medium, not hard. The egg and yolk juice were delicious when mixing with rice

炸豬扒肉厚，左右件肥嫩，中間肉質鬆化，外層炸脆香口，蛋汁滑蛋混飯最高。推薦必去！

Pay attention when you want to go there. If you want to eat the top fried pork, you have to go early, not before 1 hour before the restaurant closed.

注意營業時間，想吃特上ロース不能遲去，通常開店一小時內賣完；另外每次也要排隊，但不會超過十人，所以輪候時間不會太長。。
