超人氣大鯛魚湯拉麵！

When I was writing this restaurant report, I found the the restaurant was moved to another street, over few blocks of original store. And no doubt, there are guest queuing up.

寫這間超人氣拉麵店時，食店搬去同區另一地址，那麼人客數量及受歡迎程度有沒有減退？當然是沒有！依舊要排隊！

Once I saw the graffiti on the wall and found there were guests queing up near the park, I was sure it was the ramen shop. After waiting for 45 minutes, I bought the ticket from the automachine and entered restaurant.

看到巨大的鯛魚塗鴉圖案，再看看旁邊十多人正在排隊，不用說這就是真鯛らーめん麺魚了！排隊差不多到門前，自動自覺到店內的自動售票機選擇拉麵買票，目標是：「真鯛らーめん雑炊セット」

My selection was ：「真鯛らーめん雑炊セット」.Guest can select either light or intense soup base. Ramen or dipping ramen are on the list as well.

拉麵主要分三款：清湯系真鯛拉麵，濃厚系真鯛拉麵，及兩者湯底選擇的沾麵。而這天選擇的真鯛らーめん雑炊セット，是拉麵和粥飯的 SET。

After five minutes, ramen and rice set were served together. I tasted the soup first and it was quite thick and intense. It was composed of chicken and fish oil.

很快拉麵和飯 SET 一起送到，先喝一口湯，很濃郁。食店有解說湯是製成是以愛媛縣宇和島真鯛的魚頭攪碎與雞肉烹煮，再加上鯛魚油和香料煮成的金湯。味道香濃沒有一點腥味。

The ramen was made by wheat from Hokkaido referring to the menu on the table.

麵條用北海道產小麥以臼研磨，麵條堅實幼細。

The thin slides of pork meat were burned with low heat temperature slowly. It was delicious that the cooking method didn’t destroy the meat softness.

粉紅的叉燒豬肉經櫻木煙燻低溫處理，薄切的肉質柔軟細緻好吃！

When I finished half dish, I pour the soup into the rice and made it like congi. Taste good as well!

吃到一半，留下湯汁與白飯混合，加入適量的芥末，變成一碗鯛魚粥，一 SET 兩食，好吃的說！

In my point of view, it is worth to wait less than an hour to eat this delicious ramen.

在我角度，半小時的排隊時間和味道是相等的，一小時以下是值得等的。
