Breakfast & Biscuits Recipes #3: Muffins with chocolate chips

I've just tried a new muffins recipe and the result was delicious, so here's the recipe! They are perfect for breakfast, very easy to prepare and can be preserved in a dry environment for a week.

Ingredients (12 muffins)

• 250 g of soft wheat flour type 00
• 1 packet baking powder
• 100 g of sugar
• 1 packet of vanillin
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 200 ml of fresh whole milk
• 80 ml of sunflower seed oil (or 70g butter)
• 80 g of chocolate chips
• Butter for the molds
• Wheat flour for the molds

Directions

1. Put the sifted flour, backing powder, sugar, vanillin, salt and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix these ingredients together
2. Add the milk, oil and egg
3. Whisk all the ingredients together until you obtain an homogeneous mixture
4. If you use a muffin tin mold, butter and flour the holes before filling them
5. Fill the molds for 2/3 of their height
6. Cook in the preheated ventilated oven at 180° for 15-18 minutes
7. Let them cool down and then the muffins are ready to eat!
