🔥Easy cooking with me! (8) ~ Make Roasted Pork on Beautiful Sunday! 香烤原味豬肉！

Dear Steemians,

Thanks to @howtostartablog who organizes the contest “Daily food photography!” Here all the Steemians are able to show and share various kinds of food from each country on the platform. It is always a wonderful thing to watch the photos with so many mouthwatering food! Today, I’d like to show you a simple but definitely delicious dish with all of you here! It’s also my entry for today’s contest! Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients & Steps

unsmoked pork : a box (strips)
onion : some (sliced)
lettuce : some
salt : 2 tsp
pepper : 1 tsp

There comes the magic! And look carefully now!

Put the pork in the hot pot and roast for 10 minutes.
Remember to turn over each pork strip until both sides are beautiful brown.
Take them out and slice / chop the pork stripes one by one. Finished!

Q1: What? Is it done? Is it that simple?
Ans: Yes, you didn’t miss it, and it is that simple!

Ans: Well, let’s check it out!

All you need is fresh pork and a good pot😉

Cut into the proper size for one bite!😋

It perfectly go with onion and lettuce. Also helps to add flavor and lower the sense of guilty😄

There‘s an excellent food festival going on in my hometown this weekend; however, I’m now in a foreign country, so I’m not able to attend the activity this time. As watching the photos my friends shared, I felt a huge loss, as a result, I decided to make some roasted pork for myself. Ah~ I have to say it does help to provide some comfort and ease my homesickness, especially about food. lol

Due to I’ve taken part in the food festival before, I really want to share the spirit within the activity with all my fellow Steemians here. Because it’s such a wonderful and meaningful festival, I believe if you spend time going through the photos with me, you would get to know how lovely and how special my hometown is.
