Cut Lime dailyfoodphotography
Recently I posted a photo of four limes I bought from Tesco here in Bangkok Thailand. Now here in this post I am getting ready to use one of them.
As you can see, I sliced it four times – but not all the way through. I find this an easy way to get the juice out without too much mess, and without hurting my arthritic hands. I used to slice limes in half to squeeze them, but that is just too hard for me now.
I use limes almost every day to get Vitamin C into my diet. I want the juice to be fresh so I leave them whole until I am ready to use them. This is part of my new healthy life since losing “half my size” a few years ago. I try to get my nutrition from food as often as I can.
Before I lost weight, limes were something I liked but did not often eat. Maybe they would be on the side of a plate at a restaurant, but that was about it. Now if I can’t taste lime, I wonder what is wrong with my food.

I use a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera for my photos.
I lost weight by learning new skills and applying them. Everything I thought I knew about health and weight loss was wrong. Anyone can do this if I did. I will gladly help you if you ask me to.
Hey Sharon! How have you been? I see you are still plugging along. Me too. What a wild ride this steemit. Now that the price has come down so has the activity to my posts, which is kind of a blessing in desguise as I need to get some free time back. I'm actually going like 75% video blog now to save more time and be more real with my viewers. Just wanted to stop by and say hello. Hope you are well from Arequipa Peru! -Dan
I saw and subbed your yt - great job with that - crashing and burning over here, but still with hope :)
Do foods that are sour in general weaken food? What do you think about this? I'm glad to follow you so good to share. I want to weaken.
That is an interesting question. If you mean "soften" by that - yes it will. I will use this juice on raw veggies before I cook them and they will soften after a few minutes. But if that is not what you mean - please ask again :)
I followed you back and I am very glad to connect today.
wow nice food..
I have them almost every day now in my juice.
