Homemade Spicy Sisig

Pork sisig is composed of chopped pig's face and ears with a little amounts of chicken liver. Become a popular appetizer in our country that surely love by all filipinos.
I make my own version of pork sisig because I get the chance to play with the ingredients and make a better outcome of the dish. I am also assured that the ingredients were clean that I can happily serve for my family.
