This is what I prepare for todays lunch...''GINATAANG BAGONGON''..Bagongon is a bisayan term, or ''TELESCOPE SHELL''
It's so easy to prepare.
Here are my ingredients for my version of Ginataang Bagongon

Coconut milk
onion
garlic
tomato
pepper
gabi or Taro
lemon grass

    Ai!! Tulo laway ako. Paborito ko to. When I was a kid, me and my sisters would go to the nearest river and bangus farm where we would gather these bagongon. Ulam namin sya for the whole day. Being here in the city now, hindi na ko nakakakain neto :(
