Daily Food Challenge: 4-Course Western Dinner
I had a wonderful 4-course western dinner.
The appetizer consisted of poached miso marinated tuna, prawn with honey melon and Waldorf salad with semi-dehydrated grape.
The trio mushroom soup went well with the bread.
The superb main course; pan fried Barramundi fillet, smoked salmon, Sous vide chicken roll and mango chutney infused with black pepper.
For dessert, I had the delicious chocolate brownies cheese cake with orange confit and fruits chip.
Overall it was a wonderful fine dinning experience.
It's much more fancier than I normally eat. But it looks amazing and I'm sure it was delicious. Thanks for sharing!
I don't normally go for something too fancy either but this is for a special occasion. The food presentation was very pleasing to the eye and the food really delicious.
This is one of my dreams to eat and experienced a fine dining gourmet! Even though I have not tasted this foods all seems very yummy@positivesteem!
It was delicious and we had good music and entertainment too. The main course was special because it was a combination of Barramundi, salmon and chicken. Simply unforgettable.

Where did you go eat? Im not a fan of seafood but I just might be after seeing all these dishes. Looks yummy!
The seafood was fresh so it was quite tasty. The main dish was a unique combination of chicken and seafood, creative and yummy.

I don't know about that mushroom soup looks weird but the desert i'm down..
The mushroom was pretty ordinary but the rest of the dishes were very amazing. Loved the main course very much.
