This photo highlights 3 trails seen looking southeast on Wednesday morning. It has been very steadily warm and muggy this summer.

On days when it's not raining it's usually 90+ degrees, and we've had heat indexes into the 100's already. It has been one of the wettest spring/summer's so far I can remember. Everything is a brilliant green.

The yard, weeds, and garden have all been growing like crazy recently and it's been a chore keeping up. I could do with a little less heat and UV, though. The UV is usually at 9 by 10am and then 11+ in the afternoon.

Our marigolds are blooming now and look great. I picked a few cherry tomatoes yesterday. The blackberries need to be picked as soon as they turn or small squash bugs have been attacking them.
