reached one hundred days of daily #steem digests over on getrevue — focus is everything!

I make a daily steem newsletter

You probably don’t know this (because I don’t talk about it here often because I don’t want to post it daily on the blockchain to suck up rewards) but I’ve just managed to do one hundred days in a row focusing up each morning on a digest/newsletter on a daily basis — I collect together links from the steem blockchain and use the awesome steempeak frontend as links out to the content.

It’s given me much needed focus in the mornings before I actually got into my own work. I could go outside and attempt push ups each day but I wanted to focus my mind before I could do that on my body, now I’m having the clarity of an organised brain come back I can start to focus on other things, add to the list kinda thing without it being stressful or anxiety, I think it was just a fragmented drive and I need to fsck my brain a little.

Crypto and blockchain has helped so much in recent years with a number of things from financial but also TIME, it’s given me back the perception of time instead of it just running through my hands like sand, you know the very sand that we make silicon and then computer chips out of — it’s all so very meta working in technology, your 1’s and 0’s are cascading in and out of things, influencing things as you go!

Anyway, just wanted to share because obviously I’m pumped at achieving this little first triple figures goal and regardless of subscriptions to receiving them on the daily I know that I’m doing a small amount with my twitter account each day to get the word out of #steem and that makes me feel good to contribute with what focusing powers i have, this helps with that massively!
