Today, we are just going to stretch our entire body.
The daily workout
Start with some lunges and push-ups to warm yourself up.
Do some sprints and maybe some handstands, jog in one spot or jump the ropes.
Anything to get the blood pumping for 5 - 10 minutes.
Then stretch your legs, back, abs, shoulder, pecs, and arms.
I will write an overall body stretch tutorial sometime next week and give you an update on my routine. I am moving houses this weekend, so I'll be short today and tomorrow.
The workout should take you 30 - 45 minutes.
The light work today helps drive blood into the bodies' tissue which will help our body to recover from the workouts last week. In addition, we improved flexibility and mobility of our body so that we can prevent injuries in the future.
