Today we'll allow our body to recover some more before we are going to get back to some strength training tomorrow.
The daily workout
We'll just run on the treadmill for 15 - 30 minutes.
Alternatively, use the rowing machine or go bicycling.
I stretched my hamstrings for 15 minutes after the running. However, since we were stretching yesterday it is not mandatory.
We moved a bit to prevent stagnation and recuperate.
Tomorrow we are going to be ready for a kick-ass workout in the gym.
