i’ve been having the most wild dreams recently.

That combined with the wind, food changes, netti pot usage and just general acknowledgement of changing food up to have the brain running at the right capacity to keep going it’s been interesting to see what hacks I’ve had to put in place to keep focused, some days are better than others.

Even with a stack of sleep I can wake up hazy and unbalanced, I’m not 100% certain of what that is but that’s ok, you keep stepping through until you can’t, that’s what life is while we are here, you don’t realise the trickle down of time around you — you have to try and get what you wanna get done in the time frame we have, just don’t try and sprint towards the finish line when it comes to health ok? :)

Loving fast internet speeds today, made a few little adjustments here and there, always adapting, always changing, servicing both my analog self and digital footprint to align as best we can under current life conditions! :)

Seriously thou ACV is crazy good stuff, maybe one day I’ll work out what the ‘MOTHER’ actually is — it’s nuts that I just take it as golden that this stuff has been passed testing procedures, we do just put stuff into our bodies and hope for the best — why do we play with such a lottery as important as life?
