DACHSHUND RESCUES
Dachshunds rescues strive to save and protect Dachshunds in distress. They help Dachshunds that have been abused, neglected, injured, disabled or those to be euthanized. Dachshunds are rescued from puppy mills, hoarders, drug homes, etc. Abandoned or discarded Dachshunds are also rescued.
The rescue provides for the needs of the Dachshund. The rescue then finds suitable homes where the Dachshund can get the time, care and affection they need and deserve.
Dachshund rescues are generally administered by volunteers. Volunteers help with fostering, networking, transporting, answering calls and emails and with whatever else is needed. Rescues depend heavily on donations.
