It is extremely hard and unlikely to happen unless some malwares capture your key when you were saving it or access your computer. Also your dog, rabbit or a close friend can mess with the thing where you stored your key :)) It may be a piece of paper, a hard drive, or a wallet like a trezor wallet https://trezor.io/
