It has been very interesting watching the Tour de France live this week. I also got the opportunity to talk to someone from the AG2R team regarding their riders nutrition and recovery strategy.

Although I already believed the information he was giving me was the truth, it was cool to hear it from someone like that first hand.
Tomorrow I will ride up Mount Ventoux and after that head towards the next location where I will watch the Tour de France.
