Shuniah Mines - Conveyor Belt Part 1

Here we are just across the bridge from the campground at the start of the conveyor belt trail.
This trail you see is one of the main ways to access The Shuniah Mines from Trowbridge falls.

Just park at the parking lot of trowbridge falls and ride across the main bridge and you will find the start of this trail. This part does go in the upward going toward Shuniah Mines. So i would recommend it is lots of fun to take this on your return trip as you will be in more downhill heading back.

This trail as you can see flows really well and is good for any level of riding experience. It does cross through a few of the ski and hiking trails of trowbridge such as the red, yellow and blue trails. So just keep watch at some of the cross roads. Also keep in mind this trail is a 2 way. So you may see other trail users in the opposite direction. Again be kind and share the trail and always yield ahead to other users. They have every right to be on the trail as you.
