Fitness Over 50 | 22.7 miles | The Power of Contentment

I had another beautiful day for my 22.7 miles ride. Weather app calls for clouds tomorrow and rain by Friday. I finished my ride with a good cleaning of my chain and drivetrain.

Wow! I heard a fantastic message on contentment today. Pastor Doug Duffett of Bible Baptist Church in Fairbanks, AK gives some things in this message that would help anyone who would put them into practice.
-Marriage,
-Work,
-Depression,
-Disillusionment
All of these and more could be helped by this message.

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 50." It is my goal to build a community of like minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 59, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Frequent resistance training and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements to my fitness plan.
