There's a solid, lengthy bike park that offers an undisturbed run almost all the way into the city near my house.
I don't ride a bike - but it follows the bus way. 15km is a good distance - that's what I usually do on the stationary bike at the gym. :)
Stationary bikes are great for winter or if you like watching TV and need some exercise. I'm tempted to get one one day. I usually only join the gym for three months every winter.
