Kentucky Bourbon Country Burn | Bike Tour Day 1

in cycling •  last month

We make our way to Kentucky to get prepared for a 3 day bike tour of the Kentucky countryside where we will do some distillery touring and biking. Day 1 was 50 miles, but we had a bit of a delay due to fog. Hope you enjoy coming along on our trip.

With Gratitude,
Captain Bob

Beautiful country. That place you ate lunch has a killer margarita if you ever go back in the evening.

Great video!!!

I'll come back some day and we'll check it out together ;)

Sounds like a plan

Epic Mr. Banana Mustache hahaaha, but I really liked that drone footage with the horses running.

·

Yeah lucky shot, hahaha. I'll take it though. Beautiful area to ride.

So weird, I can't watch your video! I guess I will have to wait until it is on YouTube. haha. :)

·

That is really strange man! I have no idea why that would be happening.

·

mmm yeah maybe I will uninstall chrome and reinstall. or try on a different browser.

Are you from Kentucky? I've been up there a few times in my life.

·

I am actually from Missouri. Just traveled there for this bike tour.

·
·

Well it looked like a beautiful trip. Do you have a drone?

Wow. That's cool. How far has technology come. I remember being deployed in Iraq in 2005 and we would lose control of our drones. I remember one flew into Iran and we just completely lost it.

Indeed it is pretty amazing how small and portable they have become with amazing control and camera quality. Perfect for what I've been using it for as far as portability.

Really nice video, me and 3 of my friends we just finished a ride in Europe between Porto and Santiago de Compostela. We had so much fun as well :) Good luck

The Camino is on my list of trails to hike someday :)

Great stuff! I just got back to Indiana after being in Arizona for awhile so it is good to see the green again.

·

Yeah, was a beautiful country side ride. Doesn’t make me look forward to winter, haha.

Great content Captain. Those drone shots are outta here! Your lunch looked amazing. Interesting how you stress Brussels. Over here we put the stress on sprouts.

Loving the campsites. Our local sports field looked like that at the Grinduro event this summer, which was ideal as I was shopping for tents at the time.
